Mental health counsellors are available to assist individuals (16+ years of age) in meeting immediate needs for problem solving, goal setting, and linking to appropriate community supports.

Based on an assessment of individual needs, follow-up services may include short-term brief solution-focused counselling sessions, telephone counselling and support with bridging to longer-term resources.

Individuals may self-refer by visiting a location, calling 905-641-5222, or be referred by other mental health and addictions partners within the community. No appointment necessary.
