Mental Health Works – 1 Hour, 3 Hour  & 6 Hour Programs

Mental Health Works provides capacity building workshops on workplace mental health to both employers and employees. Our approach is person centred, evidence based, and solutions focused. We meet the needs of workplaces for mental health training in three essential areas. Learn more here.

Three centres in Niagara provide mental health counselling, information, and access to the various programs of CMHA Niagara.

Referral, Intake & Information

Please note that our intake and referral process has experienced a change in practice. If you are looking to get connected to mental health and addictions resources, services, and/or programs, please contact Access Line at 1-866-550-5205 for confidential help, 24/7. 

If you, a family member, or friend is in need, give us a call on our toll-free number. A member of our supportive, trained staff will provide immediate support and guidance.

Depending on your unique needs and preferences, we may connect you with a member of our collaborating network, which consists of 16 fully-vetted services so you can receive more specialized assistance. If we do transfer you to a member of our network, we will follow up to make sure you or your loved one has received the appropriate care.
