Survival Kits

2017-01-04T09:57:45+00:00 Categories: CMHA News|

On January 18th, our Human Resources Coordinator, Bruno, drove to Toronto to pick up winter survival kits from Engage and Change.  Engage and Change put together kits for shelters and charitable organizations across the GTA (and Niagara too!) and kindly allocated 20 of these kits to CMHA Niagara.  Each duffel bag comes with toiletries, a scarf/hat/mittens to keep warm, and a sleeping bag. Big thanks to Engage and Change for helping those living on the street during the coldest months, and to Bruno for picking up the kits for individuals in need in Niagara!
