[If I had not gotten help,] I would have been in a worsened state than I was today
I feel like relationships in my life would be greatly affected in a bad way if I hadn’t come to talk about my anxiety
It was very helpful that I could speak to someone today; I needed an outlet to speak my feelings
I continued to question if I’m doing the right thing. [Counselling] provided confidence!
Thank you so much for checking up on me! Everything I’ve been able to accomplish was from the support of my counsellors
All of you have made me realize that I’m not a freak, that other people are going through this
I feel validated and acknowledged regarding my issues, it is a good feeling
I was happy to receive personal advice on the issues I was facing [and] with how comfortable I felt during the session
Sharing my fears helped give some relief
[Today’s session] helped me see some better, stronger qualities I have that I haven’t looked at
The services I received today from CMHA Fort Erie were very good, it allowed me to talk about things that are hard to talk about (mental illness). It also helped me to cry which I haven’t done in a while, which helped me as well. Thank you, you gave me hope to live another day.
[The Urgernt Support Services session] gave me referrals to services I need, made me feel comfortable coming in and more comfort for future visits if needed.
[USS] made me feel more confident in getting past this illness.
[USS] assisted us during our emotional moment. Shared information and gave us a huge support – he did his best for us.
New information was provided to me, phone #’s [during the USS session].
